Get Better at Choosing Better

Learn The Badass Art of Creating the

Life You Desire

Studio Sessions are small-group personal development experiences where you get to learn The Badass Arts™ and practice applying them to real life.

We explore those very human places where what you know and how you live aren't quite syncing up.

Boundaries. Self-trust. Relationships. Emotional patterns. Difficult conversations. Appreciation. Ambition. The places where old patterns and Doubt Goblins are making meh choices for you.

Call it manifesting if you want. We just like ours with a less woo and more creation by participation.

Radical AWEpreciation™

Stop Gaslighting Yourself with Gratitude

Tuesday, October 20, 6:30pm

If you've ever felt even a flicker of disappointment when the vision board got frayed before it came true, or like mantras were written by someone who never had an actual bad day, pull up a chair.

We’re ditching the performative, the namby-pamby, the faux-happy energy and getting into my favorite practice for making shift happen in the life you want.

Radical AWEpreciation™ is the loving kick in the arsch that shifts you out of forced gratitude and into actually noticing, nurturing, and receiving so you participate in creating more of what you desire.

In this Studio Session: Learn the Radical AWEpreciation™ practice I use every day to notice what’s good, stay open to possibility, and participate in creating more of what I desire.

After this session, you’ll have your first practice for experimenting with creation through participation.

Boundaries vs. Armor:

Why Protecting Your Peace is a Bad Idea

Thursday, December 3, 6:30pm

“Protect your peace” sounds like pretty good advice. Until it starts looking like cutting people off, ghosting instead of having the conversation, avoiding discomfort, or going 'no contact.”

Boundaries are meant to help us stay in relationship with ourselves and other people even when that means navigating someone else’s response or sitting with some discomfort.

In this Studio, we'll get curious about the difference between boundaries and armor, what we may actually be protecting ourselves from, and what changes when we stop trying to protect our peace and start learning how to build it.

In this Studio Session: Learn a three-step practice for noticing the ick factor and figuring out what it’s telling you: Do you need a boundary, are you putting on armor, or is it time for a clean getaway?

After this Session, you’ll have a practical way to build peace without avoiding the people, conversations, and discomfort that come with being human.

Past Salons and Dates

These gatherings are intentionally kept small. No more than 10-12 women in a room, and they fill quickly.

If one of these speaks to you, listen to your “Yes.” They sell out.

Chemistry or Desire:

When attraction is electric, but alignment is missing

April 23 · 6:30–8pm Sold Out

Is it chemistry, or is it desire… and why aren’t they the same thing? Married or single, it matters more than you think.

Your body knows. Your mind chatters. Somewhere in there is the truth.

You’ll leave knowing the difference between a hit of hormones and a deeper, steadier kind of yes.

This is the conversation your badass fairy godmother has been wanting to have with you.

Taming Your Doubt Goblins™:

How to Quiet the Lies Running Your Life

June 11 · 6:30–8pm Sold Out

Those voices that keep you second-guessing yourself? Yeah… you don’t have to keep listening to them.

Call them limiting beliefs or call them your Doubt Goblins™. Either way, it’s time to turn down the volume and start listening to your True North.

Your inner Badass Sage has been waiting … and she’s losing her patience. So, how much longer do you want to let those outdated stories run your life?

Bigly Feels™: The Bigger Life Awaiting You

Beyond Emotional Avoidance

July 22 · 6:30–8pm Sold Out

“Don’t be so emotional,” they say. Which is adorable and also wildly unhelpful.

No matter how hard we try, emotions don’t disappear, and the ones we avoid tend to wreak the most havoc.

From fear to anger to unfettered joy, let’s explore how to harness the wisdom hidden within our emotions.

Think of this as a conversation where the spark of your inner child meets the soul of your inner wise woman.

I’m so excited to be at the next one!
