Badass Intensives
Private Coaching to Quiet Your Doubt Goblins™ & Create Bigly Shifts
Let’s Go There.
Enough Bypassery
You’ve filled many shoes and worn many hats. You’ve ridden the highs and found your way through lows you never saw coming …. and somewhere along the way, something started to feel off.
Maybe you wondered if it’s just you (it’s not).
You’ve tried the tools that were supposed to help. Mindfulness. Mantras. Vision boards. Perhaps some of it worked for a little bit … except when the old wounds showed up.
That’s the moment you realize you may need more than another practice. You’re done with “Shelf Help” or trying harder in a different direction.
You’ve had enough bypassery. It’s time for Badassery.
If something in you is quietly leaning in as you read this, that’s a sign. A Bigly Feel. That’s usually where we begin a private intensive.
“I wouldn’t have seen past my old barriers or called in this amazing love without her. ”
Pull Up a Chair.
We’re Going In.
Forget more “Shelf-Help” (that’s all the books you’ve bought for help, never read, and are sitting on your shelves instead).
Your intensive is where we catch your patterns in real time and tame the Doubt Goblins keeping you stuck. Whether it’s life or love… we go straight to it.
We begin with a short call to get a feel for where things are troubling you, then schedule your Badass Intensive within a few weeks.
Most women meet virtually, and it works beautifully. Your intensive lasts 60–90 minutes, and you’ll feel the ah-ha moments as they happen.
You’ll leave with clarity you can feel in your mind and body, a deeper understanding of the patterns running the show, and a grounded sense of confidence and relief that’s probably been missing for a while.
I’ve worked with hundreds of women, and no two intensives are the same. You’ll learn mindfulness and somatic practices from The Badass Method™ and walk away with clear, precise steps for what comes next.
Your intensive is a focused injection of badassery, designed to move you forward with more confidence, sass, and soul.
You can expect kindness.
And a gentle shove when you need it.

Private Intensives begin at $360.

What it Means to Live
Like a Badass
People define “badass” in a lot of ways. Let’s get on the same page.
A badass knows who she is, stays with what’s real, and moves forward with intention, even when it’s uncomfortable.
She chooses how she shows up, grounded in self-love, trust, and compassion, and practices the Badass Art of Radical Appreciation™ to stay present and regain her footing when she falters. And here’s the part most people miss … she creates a life she desires.
Yes. Creates.
If this resonates with you, let’s start the conversation.
What is Radical Appreciation?
Radical Appreciation™ is mindful attention with heartfelt intention. It’s how you stay present, steady yourself, and begin to shift what’s not working in real time. It’s the heartbeat of The Badass Arts™. The science and soul of transformation that changes how you show up and what you create next.
How Cultivating Badassery
Enhances Your Life
Lack of awareness isn’t your problem. You already know what’s going on.
What’s missing is the ability to stay with the Doubt Goblins™ long enough to quiet them so they no longer run your life.
Cultivating badassery is about how you stay with yourself in real time, how you relate to what’s actually happening, and how you move forward with intention instead of force.
The Badass Arts™ is where mindfulness and somatic practices meet, and where the mess and the miracles are both part of the work.
When you’re ready to stop circling the same patterns and disappointments, let’s talk about how a private 1:1 intensive can support you.
“Tina helped me understand the difference between simply feeling grateful and truly appreciating life from the heart, not from obligation. I left with a deeper awareness, a renewed sense of presence, and a real shift in how I move through my days. I am genuinely better for having experienced her work.”
